Is it comfortable?

I remember i did a water test right after the application was done and I was so surprised that the lashes was all good with water dripping down my eyes and the best part, your eyes doesn't burn. Its was really comfortable even during the application process and after. I'm not really a big fan of mascara unless I really have to put them on. Having mascara to be put onto my oily lids does not help at all. They get smudge, and it gets into your eyes at times and worst still if i cry, you'll see them dripping down my cheek and I'll look disastrous. Personally, I think the lashes look great on me! Definitely gave me the doe-eyed look and I can go out without using and eyeliner or mascara. The lash itself is permanently curled so i skip the step of curling my lashes as well, on days when I'm feeling lazy.

A fishy weekend.

I love weekends. Just because I get to spend time with you. 

So, everyone knew about the new Marine Life Park at Resort World Sentosa but me? HEH. I'm that kind of person who doesn't really pay attention to world news and current affairs accept those that they post on Facebook or Stomp or just mainly gossips. I know, that's not good at all. I should start reading newspapers and I shall start today. i promise.

And because I was acting like all bimbo not knowing the new Marine Life Park , so I was excited when we decided to have a visit. I woke up slightly earlier from usual and pack my backpack. ya. backpack. MUAHAHA. which girl will carry a backpack like me to these attractions ?? most of them would be carrying either a Kate Spade or a casual branded tote. I just feel like I had to carry a backpack., just like those days when your dad brings the whole family to the zoo and you pack your favourite sandwiches and snacks and orange cordial in water bottles and candies! 

Yup, yet another outdated post. So sorry i've not been actively blogging.. I just don't have the time. I shouldn't use that as an excuse :(

and Siying came along as well.. At least i'm not the only girl and I have a companion! We had brunch at Astons because everywhere was so packed! Ended up here but Astons serve really good and affordable meals.

 we came early and we even need to queue to get in:(. Here's the entrance of Marine Life Park - S.E.A Aquarium is located at Maritime Experimental Museum (MEM). Let's take a walk inside!

While the guys get in the queue I went around taking pictures. This place is huge and it's really beautiful and staffs were really friendly and smiley.

The S.E.A Aquarium begins with a Shipwreck habitat which links the Typhoon Theater storyline.

 I was quite surprised when I looked up.  I was able to see the roof of the Aquarium.

It was a total and complete build in pathway for guests in the aquarium. It is an amazing feeling to be surrounded by fishes all around you be it from top , bottom and side to side. There are floor aquariums and lens aquariumsThere's a zone that break away from the aquarium and allow for guests to touch some of the fishes like sea stars or sea cucumbers. Staffs were extremely friendly. I didn't manage to capture the Discovery Touch Pool as i was busy questioning the staff about the displayed fishes!

Brought my camera along with me to explore on some fish photography technique. ugh. never easy. Extremely hard to focus and the aquarium makes it harder to capture too.

This is one of my favorite so far. I had a total of 372 pictures taken but most of them are blurry or too dark. I was told that most of the coral displayed are actually fake :( some say yes some say no. Well, we have a marine tank at home and it is extremely hard to even maintain just a one coral for instance. Imagine they have such a huge tank at the aquarium. It is hard to focus on the pH level and all the six major factor that helps in the growth of corals such as water temperature and salinity, depth,light,sedimentation and emergence into air. I wonder how big their marine chiller is!

I love corals by the way. I love corals more than fishes, but the boy somehow loves fishes more than corals. It takes alot of time and effort to take good care just one coral. and I left just one bubble coral in my tank:( . 

JELLY FISHYYYYYYYYYY!

 Too many pictures of the Aquarium that I didn't post up. I just feel that you have to be there to see and experience it instead of just admiring the marine nature through pictures. Do not hesitate to visit the Marine Life Park located at resort World Sentosa. I visited at in December and some of the aquariums look barren, I assume some of the tanks are still incomplete. A typical visit might take you approximately about 45 minutes to 1.5 hours. If you are into photography and love taking pictures of fishes, you might take a longer time. Lighting somehow can be improve in some areas. I find it too dark  in some spots.

Despite all the flaws, S.E.A aquarium is a must-see for people who have interest in marine life. The entire place is nicely design with educational experience.

Yawn... I'm extremely sleepy but i'm craving for Häagen-Dazs Chocolate Midnight Cookies ice-cream that is in the fridge. Guess what i'm too lazy to even get it because boyfie is busy mixing songs with his Dj console in the room.. so now my room is like a mini-club just that both of us are dressed up in our pyjamas and drinking milk instead of alcohol.

Anyway, I found some pics in my SD card and it was my birthday surprise at 12midnight.

and so the boyfie knows that i love helium balloons and new color which is pink, he decided to get it just for the night!

and of course i need to have a picture with my balloons and the cake! How can i not to? I remember that we took so many pictures the the cake started to melt. LOL.

And look who's here... aww my babydog... how not to kiss him when he's so sweet not sleeping and join in the fun? My relationship with this little white thing is complicated yet insane. look at his expression when i was kissing him. WTF. Priceless.

While we were clearing up and looking at pictures, we found Shiro playing with one of my balloons. and he's literally biting the the string and carrying the ballon around the room with him. 

HA! caught him in the act. what a stunned expression when we snapped his picture.

This is me questioning him why is he so notti! those are my balloons still.. no sharing...

I know this is an outdated post but it was a lovely night. Plus my year 2012 ended with a really nice and private celebration.  Lovely things do happen is you work hard for it, and most importantly you have to believe it that it will. I'm thankful that you are by my side, trying every way to make me smile every single day. Like my title for this post, your presence autocomplete me.

Like a drug

Shiro. A new drug for me. I need him for daily dose. Sometimes I self medicate to get more doses of him and allow him to be next to me all the time when I'm home.

I tried all sorts of tricks on him haha including this! I told him that I actually wanted to get shiba inu or Samoyed and both breeds somehow have smaller eyes compared to jap spitz.

So I tried hard to make him look like one in a picture. Don't worry, I'm not abusing my dog, btw he loves it when we laugh at him.

A Wonderful Christmas

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO EVERYONE? I hope everyone had a blessed Christmas. This year's Christmas filled with a lot of fun and laughter. I was invited to a few parties but I think it might be the age that is catching up, we rather sit down and have chats and catch ups rather than taking pictures like before. But nonetheless, I enjoyed every moment of it and not to forget about the good food we had throughout the celebration. 

I got myself a few Christmas gift, and my Chanel C-logo ballet flats arrive today on Christmas. Ah. Only God knows how happy I was.

Christmas tree this year is gold in color, hoping to bring good luck and have a prosperous new year.

 We had Turkey and honey baked ham and homemade potato salad! I will definitely have to try lamb roast next year when we get a big ass oven. Potato salad was good and I cooked soba to go along with the dinner. Ya i know, it's kinda odd but I was craving for it.

This boy have been really good bought a Christmas hat for him but failed to take any picture of him with it because he kept shaking it off. The worst is, he thought that it was actually his new toy and start biting it:(

Okay, everyone must be wondering what is that. The boyf tried to make me strawberry snowman with Santa suit. Almost there but good effort! Those whipped cream melted too fast hence the "head " was gone when he brought it to me. hahah. how adorable right? 

It's Christmas and of course candy cane is a must have. History goes back to 350 years ago when candy cane was  "invented". i think the shaped "J" represents Jesus and the white and red stripes represents Jesus blood and purity. I'm not quite sure myself maybe if I'm wrong someone can just enlighten me. Anyway, a lovely colleague of mine gave candy cane to everyone in the ward. Spot my name in the picture. Very very sweet of her:).

Well, things have been really good this year, that's because I've been a good girl . Although things didn't go really well for me last year, and it was so bad that I wanted to give up, You and friends gave me the most encouraging words and support to help me to pull it through. I am so thankful for life, opportunities and blessings given to me. I Thank God for blessing me to be a positive influence on people, God knows my heart well. I have been secretly saying thank you God when i wake up every morning to see another day to enjoy life. I've been trying to strengthen my relationship with God again and it is working. I wanna thank God for giving me another chance to experience love. I thank God for giving me faith and strength to keep me going when all I want to do is just to give up. I witnessed the power of prayer, faith and good intentions. Peeps, pray every night before you sleep and it will be answered. Trust me. 

I wanna thank God for all the big things that happened to me and not to forget the small little things too

Well, most of us associate with the "Twelve days of Christmas" but I would say most of the people will not really bother right after the clock strike 12 tonight. I am too will be sad because tomorrow will not be as joyful as today. I will build my relationship with God every single moment until I'm ready to be baptist. I shall just end this post with my favorite song. Merry Christmas once again to all my friends and family. Have a blessed Christmas.
