Weight Loss : Tip One

Hi all, I'm back with some love this time. Okay let me start of with a simple but very useful weight loss advice.

Well, often we see lemon is added into water in restaurants, not to sure if they know the benefits of it or just a way to add flavor to it to make it more refreshing. Drinking water is necessary not only to keep our body hydrated but also make you feel full, because it neutralize the acid in the stomach , hence often it diminishes excess hunger . Drinking it with meals make your stomach feel fuller without adding many calories  Yes, of course i've heard about drinking water during meals will slow down your digestion. This is why I recommend water with lemon for weight loss.

One of the best way widely known around the world is flat water with lemon. Bear in mind that adding lemon into Pepsi or Coke DOES NOT HELP WITH WEIGHT LOSS. I really do hope this post will help anyone in any way.

Why should YOU drink water with lemon?
First of all, it is the most natural it is good for our body, adding mint leaves into the lemon water enhances the flavor or it. Mint on the other hand alleviates symptoms of digestions such as stimulates the bile production and flow in which aids in fat digestion. It is very important that we chose to drink healthy fluis especially for those who have weight loss target, it adds to your weight loss program nicely as it helps to keep our weight balance after losing it.

Does it really help?
The water and lemon combination had no calories compared to other isotonic drinks available in stores. The cost of this drink compared to lemon-water is at least twice or thrice cheaper than those drinks and most importantly there isn't any sugar added.
A lot of my friends asked if it really helps and from my point of view., yes, it DOES. Imagine replacing  other sweetened drinks you have it over dinner (such as carbonated drinks, sweetened packet drinks) with water with lemon that has very little or no calories at all. To you, the daily influence might be just minor if you are not a fan of all those sweetened drinks but imagine if you do it for 365 days and i'm 100% sure that your body will spend more time on burning those calories y in the food you consumed instead of working extra hard to burn the calorie in food and drinks that you consumed.

Believe me that follow this post and it will do you a great deal in losing weight.

Too busy to prepare....
Well, yeah at first i have the same thought before i started drinking it.  Using flat water to mixed it with lemon would be the best because different people have different taste preferences. Using tap water might not be that good but then depends on your necessity and budget as well. Mineral water somehow creates the balloon effect in the stomach so i won't recommend that as well. Flat water is equivalent to distilled water and has been boiled and steam into and then recondensed into pure water with no minerals or any other "additives" to flavor it. The difference is you can even feel the "whoom" even by just drinking it straight.

Think about it, it's not that hard and most of the brands out there are actually flat water. For the sake of beauty and health, I wouldn't mind for sure.

Now ... should you start as well?
I'm doing this article based on experience and it does help with losing weight, and not just that you can get other benefits such as intake of Vitamin C that is great for gums and zits and adding in mint leaves help with my flu  and sinus problems. Apart from that it is the cheapest way to detox (cleanse) rather than signing up some detox treatment from expensive weight management companies.

To those who exercise, fluid is very important. People may get dehydration if they do not replenish the required amount we needed. Our body sweats while we do physical activities and needs to cool dow after that. This process is very important for those who wants to lose weight. For me I do not sweat easily. At most my skin will feel clammy after an-hour jog but my sweat never drips. Lemon is attributed as natural diuretic, do you know? It increases the rate of urination and it helps with water retention. In addition to it, lemon helps to flush out toxins through kidney and eliminate it through urine.

Lastly, I hope this post help those who are serious in trying to lose weight and be healthy. Try searching Google and see how models maintain their weight and you'll be surprised knowing that they drink water-with lemon as well.

Thank you so much for reading:)

I'm off to the gym with my chilled water with lemon that i prepared an hour ago. I left it in the fridge while writing this:)

Have a good day.

Django Unchained - Film review

I was invited for the latest and highest profile installment, Quentin Tarantino's "Django Unchained" movie premier. A part-blaxploitation film, part-spagetti Western and all-Tarantino, the movie comes charging its audience with blazing guns and probably the most fun slavery revenge-fantasy show you'll ever watch.

Tarantino's take on slavery is wildly creative, funny and frightening outrageously entertaining and yet remarkably very much about the pernicious lunacy of racism back then. A true classic slavery's singular horros. Setting, costumes and the music, I was amused, generally i feel that all fall squarely in the contemporary  Fitting in scenes like "Mandingo fights" transformed the movie in between fictional and non-fictional.  Django Unchained highlights the fact that in pre-civil war America many atrocities were committed against black slaves by white owners, and especially those with great power and wealth. "Django" presented a variety of black slaves were exploited for white entertainment.

Tarantino's trademark, burst of extreme violence, is on full display in the movie, Django Unchained. Images that you see that will frightened you for example a veritable latticework of whip scars. If you are afraid of gory this might not be the movie for you. Even so the movie was filled with bombing scenes and gnarled bodies, Tarantino excel in raucous humor that goes along the way in the movie.

This story tells a travelling dentist, Dr. King Schultz , played by Christoph Waltz, discovered that bounty hunting is profitable rather than polishing and scaling all day. He freed Django ( Jamie Foxx) , a black slave who has knowledge of delinquents that he is after. Schultz then take Django under his wing and hit off from the get go. The movie tells the journey of Django rescuing his wife, Broomhilda von Shaft ( Kerry Washington) . Just like a story told by Dr. Schultz in the movie, he'd walk through hellfire for her, just because she's worth it.

Schultz helps to track Broomhilda's whereabouts and ended up in this notorious plantation Candyland , presided over by Calvin Candie (Leornardo DiCarprio), he who pits his slaves against each in death matches for his own amusement, a hideous human being.  Long winded at times, aside from a small handful of flashbacks for dramatic effect, Tarantino sure did shuffled plots he favors.
Shultz, a man who has seen some serious shit in his travels with Django, witnessed Django's  progression in becoming a great sharp shooter and amazingly increased killer instinct in him. Though Schultz finds slavery a confusing ugly endeavour, he tells his partner Django , they're going to have to get dirty to pull of their elaborate ruse where they planned to purchase fighter slaves from Calvin Candie.  It all leads to one of the gruesome and bloody climaxes in the movie when Candie's staunchly loyal senior house slave, Stephen ( Samuel L. Jackson) raises suspicions that sale of Mandingo fighter is a ruse with Calvin Candie in private and correctly deduces his suspicion that Django and Broomhilda know each other.

Tarantino succeeded in making a fun, violent and badass  spagetti western. The result is not for faint of heart but his whip smart dialogues and pop culture saturated sensibilities as well as making everyone involvind in the movie has a certain blasting role to play, hence that leaves an absolute over the top feeling to the audience.
